Mango Avocado Salsa


Mango Avocado Salsa is a quick and easy recipe that can add flavor to any simple grilled dish.  The key as always is to use the best ingredients you can find.  The combination of the sweetest mangoes and just ripe avocados are the key to making this salsa delicious.

Servings: 2-4
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 Mango peeled, deseeded and cut into cubes
2 Plum Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Yellow or Red Onions chopped
1 Jalapeño Pepper chopped
1/4 Cup Cilantro chopped
1 Avocado skin removed, deseeded and cut into cubes
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
Salt

Place the mangoes, tomatoes, onions, jalapeño peppers, cilantro, avocado and lime juice in a large bowl.  Gently stir the ingredients together until well combined.   Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve to accompany breaded or battered fried fish and shrimp or serve with grilled chicken or pork chops.  This versatile salsa also goes well with chips.
